Refund Policy

Setup Fee — $399

If your portal has not been delivered within 7 days of us receiving all required information from you, you are entitled to a full refund of the $399 setup fee. No questions asked.

If your portal has been delivered and is live, the setup fee is non-refundable. This covers the cost of domain registration, email configuration, design, and deployment — work that cannot be reversed.

Monthly Retainer — $49/month

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again after cancellation is confirmed.

Partial-month refunds are not issued. If you cancel mid-cycle, your portal remains active until the end of the paid period.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at info@thecarriersportal.com with your company name, DOT number, and a brief description of your request. We respond within 1 business day. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle.com and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us before initiating a chargeback. We resolve billing disputes quickly and directly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in suspension of services.
